Our current installations are distributed into three sections as described below.

PRE-PRINTING
Photography
Digital Sinarback and corresponding software for digital imaging, controlled by one MAC G3, one MAC G4, with one BARCO high resolution screen and one 17-inch flat-panel APPLE screen.
With over one photograph per second, thanks to its advanced optical technology. Over 100 images can be shot uninterruptedly, in one-shot capability for moving subjects or four-shot capability for stills, with a colour depth of 14 bits per channel and a contrast range of over 11 diaphragms with an antimoiré system, meaning even the most critical photographs come out perfectly.
Some important functions are: focusing mask, exposure control, image file in original format and batch processing, export filters, contact sheet and last but not least, ICC profiles for workflow support.
Sometimes we have to work with the maximum degree of resolution possible, for example in photography for large amplifications or art reproductions. A precision motorized movement down to one pixel enables us to assemble the images to achieve a resolution of up to 20 million pixels.
Digital back for 1 and 4 shots in all types of illumination.
Resolution 3072 x 2048 pixels.
Complete colour information with 4-shot exposures (no colour interpolation).

PRINTING
Offset
1 Komori new-generation (may 2003) 5 colours press sized 70 x 100 cm. with automatic plate changing, automatic blanket and cylinder cleaning systems, infrared drying, online spectrophotometer, plate scanner, centralized computer control console, continous cooling of the printing solution, continous cooling of the pigmenting batteries, it print’s up to 1 mm cardboard.
1 Komori new-generation press sized 70 x 100 for 5 colours, with automatic plate changing, Automatic Blanket Washers and Automatic Impression Cylinder Cleaning,plate scanner, infrared drying, centralized computer control console, continuous cooling of the printing solution, continuous cooling of the pigmenting batteries, etc.
1 Komori UV Press, year 2001, size 52x36cm, with 5 colours and prolonged output. Incorporates up-to-the minute ultraviolet printing technology, enabling printing on NON-POROUS surfaces such as vinyl, acetate, PVC, glasspack, metallics, plant surfaces, lenticulars, etc.
1 print measurement system with scanner controlled by specific software.
2 Heidelberg presses sized 70 x 100 for 2 colours.
2 Plate processor with development temperature control.
1 Platemaking system with computer control and various vacuum levels.
1 Four-pump unit, for fully automatic pumping of different colours from 200 kg drums to the pigment applicators of the presses. In this way we achieve a constant ink flow and prevent it from "sleeping" in the drums. In addition the installation is equipped with "high" and "low" level probes for the control of drum ink levels.


Letterpress

Post-Printing
1 Polar computerized cutting system, purchased in 1997, and incorporating the  latest computer and mechanical technology, with automatic front table movement, waste disposal, 1000 different cutting programmes, air tables, link-up to central computer, etc.
1 Schneider automatic cutting system with programme.
1 Multipli Folder, model CAS 52/4. Equipped with 4 pocket gatherers, with micro-computer and central control panel, double sheet detection, adjustable electronic drive without fold stops, automatic sheet deflector, quiet operation and high folding accuracy, can do up to 4 simultaneous parallel folds, mobile delivery, electronic paper travel control.
1 Horizon 10-station, 2-clamp Binder Gatherer, folding and guillotine unit for perfect finishing. The machine is controlled from a central console connected to a processor.
1 Semiautomatic shrinkwrapping system.
1 Bander and packer, etc.
1 Mercedes-Benz van for delivery.
And diverse ancillary machines and equipment such as electric and manual forklifts and stackers/unstackers.
